The Galactic Council monitors and adjusts everything that happens within the cosmos in terms of star systems, planetary systems and all life, its evolution from the mineral kingdom to the human kingdom and everything that happens. This task is now taken care of by the Council of 5 (five highly evolved extraterrestrial species in the Cosmos). The earth humans are now only invited to some of the meetings in the Galactic Council but have no voice or right of descition. This is because of the low level of consciousness in the earth’s individuals.
The Earth’s Cosmic Council has contact with other civilizations and worlds – and projects adapted development from the Inter Galactic Council to planet Earth. The Earth’s Cosmic Council and the National Councils project this to the Earth’s communities.
The Earth’s Cosmic Councils and the National Councils execute the Cosmic Plan on Earth, and see to that the correct solutions are used which are in line with the levels of development of the Earth’s population. Now that the multiverse is opening up to us, we can use these cosmic solutions for our living. All solutions will be harmonious and parallel to the expansion of our multidimensional consciousnesses.
Earth’s various national councils implement solutions for the respective countries. These National Councils work united for our common evolutionary goal. Different countries may have different energetic resonances, where the consciousness characteristics of people, programming, genetics as a group may differ from the consciousness characteristics of the inhabitants of other countries to some degree. As a result, solutions for different countries may differ. Even the environment can differ between countries and this aspect must also be taken into account. Cross-national collaborations naturally exist. A national council consists of 72 individuals who project solutions to local areas, e.g. to today’s municipalities.
Regions (Landsting) are removed. Today’s regions’ tasks are being transferred to more local areas, to municipalities. Cross-municipal cooperation exists where it is needed.
Sweden’s 21 regions are responsible for healthcare, infection control and public transport, but also for regional development and culture, ambulance helicopter. The regions and municipalities are jointly responsible for the county’s public transport. In most counties, they have chosen to form a joint county transport company that runs the traffic. These tasks are distributed to the municipalities with the help of the national council.
Countries are divided into municipalities, in Sweden right now there are 290 municipalities. The municipalities manage all local administration and receive their directives from the national council. Cross-municipal collaborations exist for certain tasks. This is how it looks in Sweden:
The municipalities are obliged to have certain activities according to law. Other activities are voluntary and decided by local politicians.
